Well, I think money can definitely play a important role in realization. Many people use their money to travel and explore, which can be very beneficial for to how mental health. However, I believe that money isn’t the only way to last. There are plenty are free activities you can enjoy, like going to a public park, joining community, events, taken a nap or listening to music at home. Ultimately, I think it’s not about how much you spend but rather how effective the experience is in helping you to relax.
