Absolutely no. I fundamentally disagree with the idea that the physical workspace is more important than the college we work with. Because it’s our college that we interact with on a daily basis on our work rather than the building structure. Therefore, if the working environment inside the building is not friendly and supportive enough, I mean a group of great partners collaborating with each other, then the chances are that the people will not enjoy working there. No matter how nice and comfortable the building may look and feel, the employees might be stressed and make it difficult for cures on task.
