Absolutely not. I fundamentally disagree with the idea that the physical workspace is more important than the colleagues we work with. It's our colleagues that we interact with on a daily basis in our work rather than the building structure. Therefore, if the working environment inside the building is not friendly and supportive enough, a group of great partners collaborating with each other, then the chances are that the people will not enjoy working there. No matter how nice and comfortable the building may look and feel, the employees might be stressed, making it difficult for them to focus on tasks.

Because it’s our college that we interact with on a daily basis on our work rather than the building structure.
