I enjoy reading. I have been reading a lot of books this year. I read books like Psychological, Atomic Habits by James Clear, and Don't Be Second by Kwan Shm. After this book, I enjoy reading because you can use your time more effectively than scrolling on TikTok. I love to read different kinds of books, but I don't always read books.
