Well, I would like to give my priority to living in a house rather than a flat because living in a house is much more comfortable for me. I can do anything I like, anything I want, listen to music, and watch YouTube videos, for example. However, living in a flat is much more uncomfortable because I have to keep quiet as much as possible unless I get complaints from my neighbors. So, living in a house is better than living in a flat.
