Band 5+: Do you prefer practical learning or theoretical learning?

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The response is brief and somewhat contradictory. While a preference is stated, the justification is unclear and illogical. Consider expanding on your reasons for preferring one type of learning over the other, providing specific examples to support your viewpoint. Also, ensure your justification aligns with your stated preference.

The answer is understandable, but there is a slight contradiction and unnecessary repetition. The speaker says they prefer theoretical learning but then states that theoretical learning is more boring. A clearer articulation of preference is needed. Try to avoid repeating the same phrase twice in one sentence.

Vocabulary is adequate but lacks sophistication. Words like "boring" are simple and could be replaced with more nuanced vocabulary, such as "less engaging" or "less stimulating." A wider range of vocabulary would improve the score.

There is a grammatical error ("I refer to theoretical learning rather than practical learning"). The intended meaning is unclear. The sentence structure is simple and lacks complexity. Improving grammatical accuracy and using more complex sentence structures will significantly improve the score.
