I think it depends totally on my mood every single day. Some days I feel very refreshed in the evening, so I prefer to go out and take a walk in the park that is situated near my house. Other days, I am very exhausted and tired, and I literally don't want to go anywhere. All I can think about is relaxing by lying in my bed and scrolling on my mobile. My routine about going out or not depends on my mood, and sometimes, despite my bad mood, I choose to go for a walk outside, thinking that it will help improve my mood. Sometimes, when I am very joyful and feeling good, happy, and comfortable, I also prefer to watch a movie or some drama on my mobile rather than going out. It mostly depends on how I am feeling or my urge to do different things. Some days I feel like doing something else. When I am happy, I prefer to watch movies; on other happy days, I prefer to go out, eat with my friends, and spend time with my family. Reflecting back, I think most of the time I prefer to relax at home because, at the end of the day, I feel so much pressure from work that I don't feel the urge to go outside and watch people or spend my leisure time surrounding myself with others. So, I think staying home, watching movies, and refreshing my mind is more preferable for me than going out in the evening and interacting with different individuals.

I think it depends totally on my mood every single day. Like some days I feel very refreshing in the evening, so I prefer to go out and take a walk in the park which is situated near to my house. And some days I am very exhausted and tired that I literally don’t want to go anywhere and all I can think about is relaxing by laying in my bed and scrolling my mobile foods. So my routine about going out or not depends on my mood and I think sometimes despite my bad mood I choose to go for a walk outside thinking that it will help to improve me my mood. And sometimes when I am very joyful and feeling good, happy and comfortable I also prefer to watch movie or some drama on the mobile food than going out. So it depends mostly on the way I am feeling or my urge to do different things. Like some days I am feeling something else. Some day when I am happy I prefer to watch movies, some days when I am happy I prefer to go out, eat with my friends and spend time with my family. Whereas reflecting back I think most of the time I prefer to relax at home because at the end of the day I feel so much pressurized by the work that I didn’t feel the urge to go outside and watch people and spend my leisure time surrounding myself with people. So yeah I think staying home watching movies and refreshing my mind is more preferable for me than going out in the evening and like interacting with different individuals.
