To be fair, I mainly prefer social media rather than face-to-face communication, mainly because I am quite shy in real life and I tend to avoid making eye contact with other people. Online conversations feel more confident to me as I can think wisely before replying to their messages. On the other hand, I believe face-to-face communication carries more advantages, like helping to build stronger relationships and allowing you to express yourself through your gestures.
