Actually, in my opinion, it's very crucial for young people to learn the basic skills of cooking because it's important at an early age to learn these skills, as they are very helpful for children in the future. For example, if I share my childhood experience, my mom always taught me basic food items, like sandwiches and basic beverages, such as tea and air-fried fries. It was very helpful for us when my mom was about to leave for a wedding and was not in town. It was beneficial not just for me but also for my sisters and brothers because I would love to cook these foods for them so that we could have healthier food items instead of just buying from the market. I don't think that market food items are very beneficial for health.
