In my opinion, renting a place to live in is a much better option than buying a place for most young people. However, if we're talking about people in their 40s and 50s with a full-fledged family, as in a few children, I would suggest they look for a house that is on sale in a good area. I think it's important to make permanent investments in good environments, mostly for the children, but I think in the long term it's a very good decision. How easy is it to find a place to live in the country? I think finding a place to live in our country varies in difficulty with respect to the city. For example, in the capital, it can be quite daunting to search for apartments that have enough rooms and are in the exact kind of neighborhood that you would want them to be in. Also, it's somewhat expensive in the capital, whereas in other cities, for example, Sylhet or Chittagong, I would assume it's a little easier. I think at some point, young adults should take the initiative to move out of their parents' homes. I think until you're 25, it's somewhat acceptable. Eventually, one must learn to be independent, and I think it comes from learning to survive alone.
