Yeah, I think talking while we have dinners, lunches, or breakfasts with our family is a good way to communicate. Adults spend 9 to 5 in their offices, and students spend all day in school. At night, they have to do their own things like homework, and parents have to finish their jobs or relax. I think the only spare time for them to communicate is during the meal. Talking and sharing their personal stories of the day during the meal is a great way to communicate and also strengthens family bonds.
