Honestly, I have never thought about this before, but I think that libraries in the past were more popular than today because, back then, libraries were the only source where people could find information and prepare it for their projects. However, libraries are still important today because they provide a place for people to find information. For example, university students can prepare for their projects and find any information in their libraries.
