Well, I would say that money is an important part of any job. We should be paid fairly for our work. However, I don't think that it's the most important thing at work. I think the most important thing is to be able to maintain a good work-life balance and have satisfaction from fulfilling your tasks. Ultimately, that's what makes a job truly fulfilling.
