Well, it depends on the people themselves, but in my point of view, I think people should still get married again if their first marriage is not successful because it doesn't mean that your second marriage is going to be unsuccessful just because the first one was. If a person is right, if they understand you completely and are ready to face any issues or problems that arise, if they are willing to walk together in life forever, and if you are happy with that person, then I guess you should get married again.
