In my opinion, people should return to their hometown if there are sufficient job opportunities available. If they want to pursue their career and find good jobs, they should consider moving to a bigger city if their hometown is smaller. However, if their hometown lacks job opportunities, they should stay in the city where they studied to continue their career. Ultimately, it depends on individual preferences. But I believe that bigger cities generally offer more job opportunities.
