To be honest, it depends on their lifestyles. For instance, nowadays the majority of children tend to engage in activities such as playing football, cycling, and swimming. As a result, these outdoor activities are quite beneficial as they encourage children to become physically active. On the other hand, there are indoor activities which can have a detrimental impact on children's overall well-being. For instance, there are children who prioritize spending exhaustive amounts of time on their smartphones and leading sedentary lifestyles. Therefore, this might contribute to obesity and threaten their lives.
