In my opinion, young people are less fit. There are many factors. I believe that the primary causes of this problem are unhealthy eating choices and an inactive lifestyle. Today, most people prefer to eat either instant food or fast food, so staying in shape has become a serious struggle for them. Previously, fast food was not so popular. Today, in every city, you can find 30 or 40, maybe even more, places that prepare it. Thank you.
