I would argue that because I live in a small city. On one hand, it is really nice to live in a small city in Ukraine right now because you are not often targeted by the rockets that are attacking us. But on the other hand, as a young, prospective individual, you cannot find that many opportunities for yourself. So I would say no, it is not.
