Band 6+: Do you usually recycle your rubbish?

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The answer directly addresses the question and provides some relevant details about recycling habits in different contexts. However, it lacks elaboration and depth, as it mainly states the behavior without explaining reasons or providing more specific examples. To improve, consider adding a brief explanation for your recycling habits, such as why you recycle at work but not at home, or mention any efforts to recycle more in the future.

The answer is coherent and organized, with a clear contrast between work and home/outside. However, there is a noticeable self-correction ('put up a rubbish bin' -> 'put rubbish') and a slight repetition of 'rubbish bin' which affects fluency. To improve, avoid self-corrections and aim for smoother transitions, e.g., 'At work, we have a special bin for recycling, but at home or outside, I just throw everything in the regular bin.'

Vocabulary is adequate for the topic, with words like 'special rubbish bin' and 'recycle'. However, there is some imprecision ('serve my rubbish' instead of 'throw my rubbish') and repetition of 'rubbish bin'. To improve, use a wider range of vocabulary, such as 'recycling bin', 'general waste', 'dispose of', and 'sort my waste'. Boost vocabulary complexity to elevate the overall score.

Grammar is mostly accurate, with correct use of present simple and conditional structures. However, there is a minor error ('put up a rubbish bin' should be 'put rubbish in a bin') and the phrase 'for when I'm outside' is slightly awkward. To improve, use a wider range of structures, such as 'While at work...' or 'In contrast, when I'm at home...' and ensure prepositions are correct.
