Pronunciation

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

Task Response

The answer directly addresses the question by stating the student status and provides a brief elaboration on future career exploration. It is natural and stays on topic. To achieve a higher score, consider adding a bit more detail about your field of study or specific career interests, which would demonstrate a fuller response.

Fluency & Coherence

The answer is coherent and well-organized. The student provides a clear response to the question and adds relevant detail about exploring career options. There is no repetition or self-correction. The only minor issue is a slight awkwardness in the phrase 'exploring on my career options' which could be smoother, but overall it flows well.

Lexical Resource

The vocabulary is appropriate and precise for the context. The student uses 'focusing on my studies' and 'exploring my career options' which are good collocations. However, the phrase 'exploring on my career options' includes an unnecessary preposition 'on', which slightly reduces precision. The refined version corrects this to 'exploring my career options', which is more natural.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

The grammar is mostly accurate. The student uses a complex sentence structure with a coordinating conjunction 'but also' to connect two ideas. There is a minor error: 'exploring on my career options' should be 'exploring my career options' (the preposition 'on' is unnecessary). The refined version corrects this, making the grammar fully accurate. Overall, the range of structures is good for Part 1.
