Yes, I have. Sometimes I forget to pay bills because of my studies or other activities. The last time I forgot to pay a bill was two months ago. My grandfather reminded me that the electricity bill was due on July 29th, and I had the money ready to pay. However, when I went to the market, I ran into an old school friend. We got caught up reminiscing and talking about old times. I got so engrossed in the conversation that I completely forgot about paying the bill. That was the main reason I forgot to pay it. So yeah, that was the last time I forgot to pay a bill.
