For me personally, cooking is not my skill, and I don't have any specialty in that. So, talking about international food, I have never even tried to create a national dish. Besides that, my parents are the ones who usually prepare my food, and my mother is the one who usually cooks. I almost never try to learn how to cook by myself. In my own experience, I have never tried to make food from another country.
