It’s a well structured question I’ve ever heard, but if you’d like to hear my opinion about it, I would, and I can say our society getting too much older population, which totally spread all over the world, especially in Asian countries like Tokyo, and by trying to still stop aging process. And beside government and as well its citizens have to fight with doing problems and ensuring international equity on our society.
