Nowadays, technology definitely positively affects our relationships with our friends and family members. For example, my parents are living in Turkey, but via WhatsApp or Zoom, I can easily talk to them. In real time, I can see them, and I don't have to pay any extra money. It's really cheap and really fast. If I compare it to 20-30 years ago, everything was different. We had to use classic communication methods such as the telephone or send a letter. If we chose to call via phone, we had to pay a lot of money. Sending a letter meant waiting weeks for a response. Today is definitely easier, cheaper, and much more effective, I believe. This is great, actually.
