To meet the needs of an aging population, we can do three things. First, we have to create jobs for elderly people. They need to be members of our society as laborers. They can feel useful, and we can also recognize that they are an important part of this society. Second, we need to build facilities like hospitals to address their health issues. As we get older, we have a greater need for hospital visits and care. Lastly, we must bridge the gap between older people and younger people. This gap could be the most troubling issue in our society.

This gap could be the most trouble in this society.
