In Vietnam, spending leisure time depends on age or personal interests, especially among the young generation. Some people choose to spend their leisure time with friends, such as having team activities to share personal matters or scrolling through social media like Facebook or Instagram. In addition, many people prefer to take up sports like badminton or basketball, which improve their overall health. The elderly, on the other hand, prefer doing light exercises in the morning with neighbors or strolling around a nearby park, where there is enough space for them to relax.
