I think technology has helped us communicate with each other more easily and extensively because you can go to any messenger or social platform to open a chat with your friends or family, write a few messages, and that's it. You don't have to go out; you don't have to be in the same place as the person you want to talk to. I also communicate more online rather than face-to-face, but of course, I try to keep the balance. For me, it is more preferable to talk online because I can do it at any time, whether at night or in the morning, and the duration of our talks is not limited by restrictions such as time or anything else.
