In my opinion, the automation process in manufacturing will directly impact future jobs for our younger generation. For example, jobs that required people or manpower in the past can now be replaced by upcoming technologies and innovations. So, the number of positions or titles will decrease over time, and I think it will affect the skills that the younger generation needs to learn or prepare themselves to fill in the gaps that technology or AI cannot address. Skills like creativity, art, and cooking are also areas that AI cannot replace, I think.
