Video calls, social media and messaging apps help people share their lives in real time, which strength bonds and allows people to support each other, no matter the physical distance. However, the downside is that technology can sometimes lead to more superficial relationships. For example, many people today spend a lot of time communicating through text or social media, which may not provide the same level of emotional connection as face to face conversation. In conclusion, I think technology has the potential to improve relationships if used thoughtfully, but it can also harm them if it replaces meaningful direct integration.
