Generally speaking, technology has changed people's communication a lot, and especially in a bad way. Firstly, people neglect face-to-face communication, and I assume that it is terrible for people's relationships. Secondly, when we have an ability to make an appointment, we are 9 times out of 10, we would avoid it as online communication seems to us more convenient and comfortable.
