So, the rise of remote work under the context of globalization and now with developed technology. In countries like the USA or in European countries, there is a shortage of skilled workers in some areas. Also, for some work which can be done remotely, employers are now looking for opportunities and options to outsource this work from countries like Bangladesh. And there are a lot of companies who are now hiring for these roles. And even, for example, I have worked for a remote company in the USA for property preservation, and there I heard around two to three hundred companies right now in healthcare and other avenues where people are working. And due to the things that it has impacted, firstly, the good thing is that the monetary value it is giving is higher than the regular jobs in Bangladesh, and people are having better pay. However, it is affecting the health a lot, and this is a concerning part for the youth.
