Well, I'd say that over the past few decades, eating habits in my country have changed quite significantly. In the past, most people relied on home-cooked meals, often prepared from fresh local ingredients. However, nowadays, due to busy lifestyles and tight schedules, processed food, ready meals, and fast food have become much more common, especially in urban areas. Many people simply don't have enough time to cook for themselves or their children because of work and studies, so they often grab a quick bite to eat during work or school, and traditional dishes are sometimes replaced by more convenient options. However, in some places, especially in rural areas, families still try to follow a balanced diet, partly because fast food is not as widely available there. Overall, I'd say that eating habits have shifted from being home-based and traditional to becoming more fast-paced and globalized, although many people still appreciate nutritious home-cooked meals. I'm sorry.
