In my country, there are many places affected by floods. I consider this a demographic change. It will affect the future of urban planning because everyone starts to desire a home or place that is not affected by the floods. Especially on my island, there is something called a hotspot. It's a phenomenon in nature where a fire keeps burning underground, and during droughts, it can burn trees and even cause forest fires that ruin many houses in the nearby areas. This might lead to people moving from those places to much safer locations to live. So, it is causing significant change.
