I think remote work affects urban planning and community development both negatively and positively. On the negative side, I think the popularity of remote work can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, which is bad for people's health. There will be less physical activity. However, regarding urban planning, I think remote work actually economizes your time, so you don't have to waste time on transportation to go to work and home. So, I think it is good and bad in different ways.
