Okay, let me think for a second. I think each person should have around 7 to 8 hours of free time to explore their passions and to get some rest. In a day, there are 24 hours. For the remaining 16 hours, they should focus on studies or work if they do that. In their free time, they can relax or engage in other extra soft skill development.
