Generally, in my daily life, I walk around 10,000 feet. However, it's really related to my extra classes, because when I need to go there, I walk a significant amount. However, when I don't need to go for some time, I just stay at home, and my walks are less than even 1,000 feet. So, it really affects my heels, and there's something else.
