I believe that being President of the United States is both an honor and a responsibility. If I were to be in charge of this role, what I would do is, first of all, fix our broken immigration system. What I mean by that is every year we have seen a massive increase in the number of illegal immigrants coming to the United States, and that is a really alarming issue. I will divert federal funding to make our system more robust and to deploy more police to control our borders. Furthermore, inflation is another problem that has been a topic of concern for the majority of middle-class families. The price of groceries is skyrocketing, and millions of families are suffering from that. I would implement a plan known as anti-price gouging that prevents companies from unfairly overcharging their consumers. Another problem is abortion or reproductive autonomy. I would make sure that I work with Congress to pass a bill so that women are able to make decisions about their own bodies and that the government should not have a say in these personal matters. What is more, I will unite all of the people in the United States. I feel, and it is true, that the political landscape of our nation is deeply divided and polarized. We have a mentality of them versus us, and that is really detrimental. I will unite people, and I will not see red states or blue states, but the United States as a whole. We will see every single person as a big family in which everyone can live happily. Lastly, I will invest in green energy, although this is an area I have been passionately involved in for most of my political career. I will further any plans possible to make America the leading country in terms of environmental protection. Thank you, and I will deliver my promise if I get elected into the Oval Office.
