I’m not sure but I think you need to give the marginalized group more opportunities because if someone is in the minority side then they do not want to understand what the majority thinks about them because most of the time the majority just do whatever they want and not care about the minority for some decisions or some events or anything like that. So I think for a country people should have more tolerance for the minority and give them opportunities to celebrate their events and for all of the important job positions like the higher positions where the decisions are made. You can include them there and in my country females are not appreciated that much so in the CU positions you cannot see people like them. So I’d suggest to reserve some of the seats for them and give them opportunity to prove themselves that they are also capable to do the same tasks the majority is doing.
