Back in the day, we used to interact with people in person to form and maintain friendships, but right now, in the age of technology, we don't even need to interact with them in person anymore. We just need to add them on social media, start chatting for maybe 10 or 20 minutes, and that's a friend now. I actually believe that social media has really changed how people live completely; therefore, social media has changed how people view friendships and relationships with others in general.
