There are many ways in which living in a flat or apartment is better than living in a house. The first reason is the convenience in emergency situations. For example, if there are emergencies that you cannot resolve, you can easily ask your neighbor for help in case of sudden emergencies or a fire breaking out. The second reason is that it is more secure due to the security system. There are guards everywhere in an apartment or flat, making it easier to spot strangers. Therefore, it is safer for your property.

There are lots of ways for living in a flat or apartment better than living in a house. The first reason is because of the convenience for emergency situations. For example, if there are emergency situations that you cannot solve the problems, you can easily file your neighbor to help you with in case of sudden emergencies or a file broke out or something. The second reason is because it is more secure in a security system. There are guards everywhere in an apartment or flat, so it is easier to spot strangers in an apartment. So it is more safe for your property.
