In my point of view, one way in which governments could encourage the consumption of more sustainable food is by promoting real-life experiences that highlight the need for sustainable consumption. Sometimes, having a regular consumption of this food can lead to feeling under the weather with annoying body sensations, such as when your tummy hurts because of spicy or overly processed items that you ingest. Another way to encourage these habits is through the use of taxes, so that people become more aware of what they are buying, not only because of the quality of their food but also because of the money they are investing.
