There are various things that make a city a good one. The first thing is public transportation, I think, because people who live there have to go to work, school, or other places. So the transport they use has to be comfortable and easy to use. The second thing is the cost of living, because people always consider factors such as job availability and their salary. They should fit within their living costs. The last thing is education, because it's very important to consider as a person.
