After many profound researches on the topic, I’ve come to the conclusion that media plays a crucial role in shaping public opinion in general, not only in relation to scientific issues. What is more, the everyday users prefer reaching out to other users in terms of when seeking information about certain issues as they show certain distrust and paid media. In their opinion, users online tend to be more honest without being paid. However, this is such an easy way of spreading misinformation and creating wrong impression of issues that are vital and important without solid proof. People tend to believe other people’s words that stem from experience. However, none of those words are proved with scientific facts or backed up by a doctor or a professional, which makes the information on its own a little bit compromised.
