Nursing is actually quite a popular job in Indonesia. And I think it's one of the biggest jobs in demand right now. After the pandemic, we realized that we need more nurses in the future. We already have more than 100,000 nurses in Indonesia, but the nurse-to-patient ratio is still quite high right now. So I think we need to invest more in nursing to get more nurses, improve the profession, and secure the future.
