Well, I think it's very general and common because it depends on specific situations or cases. For example, whenever I go to a restaurant, I never talk on the phone there because a restaurant requires a quiet atmosphere. If I have to take a call, I always move to a spacious location to avoid disturbing other people and to talk conveniently.
