Like what, what does I mean like if you are a new graduated from University of for school you need to have work for a small company that can boost your skills. And you learn that basic thing before doing your own uh. Like for a good job for a higher job that require more responsibility in serious kind of role. And secondly there are many reason as well like the person who graduated you. You have some pressure of work or other thing it can be hard for them as well. And uh. There are like some other side of that uh. Which I feel is more important for international company. Like if you have experience you already work for some small roles then you should have go for the international uh companies or jobs where you can learn diverse culture diverse kind of people in different uh. People from different uh. Like companies with they collaborate with each other different clients they have. So you can get international experience from these people in us. They are more friendly environment that require more responsibility.
