My name is Tamji and I have known him since my first year in university. He is excellent in talent and he is a gold medalist in our subject. He did a lot of projects and field work related to biology. But he did not get a job in our field. Basically I wanted to open a business business but I remember the incident. The last year I met him and he told me about his condition. Then I introduced him to set up his own farm. At first he was hesitating because he did not have enough capital. But I ensured him that it was very easy to get loan from several banks as they are willing to give loan to the young generation like us. By taking motivation from me he started his new idea. Although at the first stage of his work he experienced some difficulties like fighting the land, working with the people in the rural areas. It is also difficult for him to adjust with the environment of the farm areas. But as I know he likes to compete with the other farmers. He is very harsh and he started his new business very well. I was given the field of accomplishment but I was able to give him the right decision.
