It really depends on the rules parents set for their children. Some parents might not care what their kids watch, whether it's action movies, horror movies, or anything else. But I think, in my opinion, children under 10 should be prohibited from watching horror movies. It could affect their brains and, in some cases, might even hinder their future development.

This might affect their brain and uh, in certain circumstances which may hamper their future.
