The government should enforce this kind of work in schools because, firstly, it benefits to improve our life skills and the students' life skills, like responsibility and social interactions. It also enhances our relationships with others. By the way, the students can improve their social skills and take charge of something. I think this is a good thing, and the main reason to encourage them is that they learn how to get along with others and also learn teamwork. All in all, this plays a crucial role in students' lives.
