I mean that banning loud people depends on places or situations, because if we are in a public space, we have to respect others and not interfere with our calls. Furthermore, it is essential for the government to establish guidelines in certain areas to foster and maintain a tranquil atmosphere and peaceful environment. It is reasonable to expect people to be considerate in that situation.
