I think in Hong Kong, people socialize by joining different kinds of groups through friend apps. After they get to know each other from the apps, they will meet in real life. I think people are socializing less than in the past because of advanced technology. Nowadays, people can communicate with each other through mobile apps instead of face-to-face interactions. Some people find it difficult to socialize because they're used to playing on their phones instead of talking to others. They find it quite embarrassing and difficult to talk to each other when they are facing each other. So, I believe it is important for us to train our communication skills and to talk naturally when we are meeting new people.
